What is it?

Most summer interns working at the State Farm Research & Development Center at the University of Illinois will spend a portion of their time working in teams comprised of interns from multiple departments. This cross-disciplinary approach at the RDC - known as innovationREADY™ - is designed to be an incubator for research and development of ideas that could spawn business and technology innovation. Most of the past initiatives, although not all, have involved emerging technologies and their potential impact and business application at State Farm.
